How do I place an order?
Add all the items you want to buy to your virtual basket, click on the basket icon to see the summary of the items you have chosen, then you can click on the Checkout button, fill in your personal details and payment method and we will take care of the rest.
What is the processing time for orders?
Orders are designed, printed and dispatched within 2 working days of the order being placed. You will receive an email from us once we have dispatched your order..
Can I make changes to my order?
Due to some products being personalised it is important that you contact us as soon as you can. Once your order has started to be processed it will be too late to amend. It is important you check all personalisation details before you finalise your order.
How do I cancel my order?
If you change your mind after you have placed a order, drop us an email including your order number and any other relevant information.We will do everything we can to stop your order before it Is printed.
There is an issue with my order, what do I need to do?
If your order has arrived damaged or there is an issue with the personalisation, please let us know straight away. Please include as much detail as possible including your order number and any photographs where possible. This will allow us to help you promptly.
I’ve not received my order, what should I do?
Please reach out to us if you have not received your order and it has been a few days after you receive your order dispatch confirmation email. We will see what we can do to help you.
How do I return all or part of my order?
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Items are to be returned in their original packaging and must be in an unused condition. We do not provide any pre-paid return labels for ay returns. The cost of the postage to return the item is to be covered by the customer. Please note, we are unable to accept a return or provide a refund for any personalised item unless there is a fault with the item.
TO MAKE YOUR RETURN:
Package your items for return. Return the items to the address below. Include a note within the package including your full name, order number and reason for the return. Post your item using any method you would like. Please obtain proof of postage receipt when returning your item(s). Please send proof of postage to candybowsandrainbows@gmail.com
