Each of our items are made with Love and Care and will only be shipped if in perfect condition.

PERSONALISATION
* You can personalise these cards with the name of the birthday person.
* You also have the option of adding an age and/or relationship information to the card
* The inside of the card is left blank for you to write your personal message however if you want to have some words added to the inside of the card please let me know what message you want included and I will add free of charge. All you need to do is either write the message in the personalisation box or send me an email with the message.

Please Note - The longer the words chosen on the front of the card may result in the need for some small amendments to the design to accommodate the details requested.

SHIPPING
* We ship to the UK using Royal Mail.
* All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post but NOT Tracked.
* You can select to upgrade to Tracked at checkout however this will increase the cost.

* Please check your address before you finalise your order as we cannot be held responsible for items posted to an incomplete or incorrect address supplied with the order.
* Card will be posted in a protective cellophane sleeve and posted inside a card backed envelope to ensure your card is kept in perfect condition.

Personalisation

You can personalise this Christmas Card with the name of the recipient of the card. You have the option of adding relationship information to the front of the card also. Please let us know the exact personalisation you require by completing the relevant sections within the Personalisation Form at Checkout. If you do not want personalisation then please leave the relevant section/sections on the Personalisation Form blank.

The inside of the card is left blank for you to write your personal message however if you want us to add a personal message to the inside of the card please complete the relevant section within the Personalisation Form at Checkout. There is no additional cost to add a message inside the card.

Sending Direct

Each card can be sent directly to the recipient if required. Please remember to provide the delivery address of the Christmas card recipient so we can send direct. Pleased place separate orders if you would like to send cards to more than one delivery address. If the card is being sent direct we will send you a picture of the finished card.

Delivery and Returns

Your card will be packaged within a clear cellophane protective sleeve to keep it in the best possible condition and will be posted inside a Card Backed Envelope. Delivery will be via Royal Mail First Class Post.
